Product Description

LANKO 104 Skimcoat Flex is a high-quality, ready-to-use, flexible acrylic polymer skim coat designed for leveling and repairing concrete and plaster surfaces on walls and ceilings. It helps address joint cracks, hairline cracks, pinholes caused by air bubbles, and visible sand particles, providing a smooth, highly flexible, crack-resistant surface with excellent adhesion and weather resistance. The product has a smooth consistency, is easy to apply, and can be easily sanded and finished. It produces minimal dust, contains no oil, and has no strong odor. It is suitable for both interior and exterior applications and can be painted over with or without a primer.

Applications

LANKO 104 Skimcoat Flex is suitable for both interior and exterior applications on various substrates, including plaster, precast concrete walls, fiber concrete, fiber cement, and gypsum. The product can be used as a thin skim coat over joint sealants, including hybrid or semi-hybrid types, polyurethane, and Sikadur®-61 Epoxy PU Joint.
