Bostik FP402 Fireseal Silicone Product Description

Bostik FP402 Fireseal Silicone has been specifically developed for fire-resistant sealing of construction joints and expansion joints. In the event of a fire, it provides fire resistance and helps prevent the spread of flames, smoke, and toxic gases. It has been tested for fire resistance in accordance with EN 1366-4 for up to 180 minutes in joints up to 30 mm wide. When used in combination with Bostik FP404 FIRE RETARDANT PU GUN FOAM, it provides fire resistance for up to 180 minutes in joints up to 40 mm wide. Ensure that you select the appropriate fire resistance rating for your application by referring to the relevant classification and test reports.

Shelf Life

When stored in its original unopened packaging at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C in a dry place, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
