Product Description (Description)
Nitoflor FC150 is a solvent-free epoxy resin flooring system formulated with specially selected epoxy resins and curing agents to provide effective resistance to chemical attack.
The system consists of a base component and a hardener, factory pre-measured in the correct proportions, together with a Nitoflor Colour Pack. All components contain chemically reactive substances essential for the application and curing process of the flooring system.
Slip-resistant surfaces can be created by incorporating Nitoflor Antislip Grains, available in various types and carefully graded to achieve a uniform surface texture throughout the treated area.
Product Specification (Specification)
The specified epoxy resin flooring coating shall be Nitoflor FC150 manufactured by Fosroc.
The coating system shall have a minimum total dry film thickness of 400 microns and shall meet the following mechanical strength requirements:
Compressive Strength: 70 N/mm²
Flexural Strength: 40 N/mm²
Tensile Strength: 20 N/mm²
Surface preparation, material mixing, and installation of the flooring system shall be carried out in accordance with the recommendations and requirements specified in the manufacturer’s current Technical Data Sheet.
