Expoband Product Description
Expoband H45 is available in a thickness of 1 mm and widths of 100 mm and 200 mm, supplied in 25-meter rolls. For longer lengths, Expoband H45 can be joined by heat welding. It is bonded to the structure on both sides of the joint using Supastik E10 two-component epoxy adhesive.
Uses
Expoband H45 is a Hypalon Membrane system designed to be bonded over movement joints or cracks in structures to prevent water penetration. The membrane is bonded to the substrate using Lokfix EP two-component epoxy adhesive.
Expoband H45 is suitable for construction projects, including structural repair and renovation works.

Description
Expoband H45 is an un-reinforced Hypalon Membrane featuring a Central Release Tape.
Expoband H45 has a standard thickness of 1 mm, with a 2 mm thickness available upon request. Available widths are 100 mm and 200 mm.
The 1 mm thick membrane is supplied in 25-meter rolls, while the 2 mm thick membrane is supplied in 10-meter rolls.
Where longer membrane lengths are required, Expoband H45 sheets can be joined together using the Hot Welding method.
The membrane is bonded to the structural surfaces on both sides of the joint using Lokfix EP two-component epoxy adhesive.
