Joint sealant

Fosroc Colpor 200PF is a two-component polyurethane sealant designed for joints in concrete pavements. Colpor 200 retains its ability to accommodate cyclic movement, even under extreme temperature conditions. Fosroc Colpor is resistant to spills of oil and hydraulic fluids; it does not harden in cold weather, nor does it become excessively soft or sticky in hot weather.

Expancell polyethylene foam backer rods serve multiple functions: they help maintain the correct width-to-depth ratio for a joint and provide a firm foundation for the sealant. This ensures that the sealant makes proper contact with the sides of the joint, resulting in strong adhesion.

Expandafoam is a closed-cell polyethylene joint filler material that is flexible and easily compressible; it is available in the form of sheets, rectangular strips, or circular-section cords.

Expoband H45 is a Hypalon membrane system designed to be bonded over movement joints or cracks in structures to prevent water ingress.

Expoband H45 is suitable for use in both new construction and repair or remedial projects. Compatible substrates include precast concrete, cast-in-place reinforced concrete, and masonry.

Flexcell is a non-extruding, bitumen-impregnated fiberboard expansion joint filler, suitable for forming joints between cast-in-place and precast concrete components.

Nitoseal PU40 is a single-component, low-modulus, gun-grade elastomeric sealant based on polyurethane technology.
