    Fully-bonded, pre-applied waterproofing membrane for basements and foundations

    SikaProof®-612 is a fully-bonded sheet membrane waterproofing system designed for basement structures and foundations. It is a composite membrane consisting of a TPO polymer layer integrated with a special functional layer. SikaProof®-612 provides both chemical and physical bonding to fresh concrete, effectively minimizing any lateral water migration between the membrane and the concrete.
