Product Description
Bituthene XPSBlu Extruded Insulation Board is a rigid extruded polystyrene (XPS) thermal insulation product manufactured from polystyrene blended with additives through an extrusion process.
The insulation board provides practical and effective protection for all grades of Bituthene self-adhesive waterproofing membranes and backfilled Preprufe membranes. Its excellent thermal insulation properties also make it suitable for roofing systems, where it can be installed over waterproofing membranes such as Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproofing membranes.
Uses
Used as thermal insulation for concrete roofs, beneath floors or floor structures, basements, under concrete slabs, walls, and balconies.

Storage and Packaging
The insulation boards are packaged in Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) plastic bags.
25 mm thick insulation boards: 20 boards per bag
50 mm thick insulation boards: 10 boards per bag
