Nitoplate FRC Product Description
Nitoplate FRC is a high-strength, high-modulus carbon fibre composite plate that, when used in conjunction with a specially developed epoxy adhesive, enhances structural performance by strengthening and improving flexural and deformation properties.
Nitoplate FRC is very easy to handle and install on-site, requiring minimal equipment. It allows structural strengthening to be carried out quickly and easily with minimal disruption.

Nitoplate FRC is easy to transport, handle, and install on construction sites, requiring minimal equipment. It enables structural members and components to be strengthened quickly and easily without significantly disrupting normal operations or the use of the surrounding areas.
Product Specification (Specification)
Where specified in the contract drawings, the carbon fibre reinforced plate used for structural strengthening shall be Nitoplate FRC, supplied by Fosroc.
The product shall be a reinforcing plate manufactured from pultruded carbon fibres embedded in an epoxy resin matrix and shall meet the following mechanical properties:
Tensile Strength: Greater than 2,800 N/mm²
Modulus of Elasticity: Greater than 165,000 N/mm²
