Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW is a two-component, solvent-free, water-based epoxy primer designed for surface preparation prior to the application of acrylic or polyurethane coating systems. It is suitable for use with Mapecoat TNS sports flooring systems, weathered asphalt surfaces, cementitious substrates with a residual moisture content of up to 3%, porous cement surfaces, existing resin-based flooring, PVC, linoleum, and Mapecomfort R rubber underlayment. It enhances the adhesion of sports flooring systems, ensuring a uniform bond. The product can be applied using a roller, sprayer, or rubber squeegee at a consumption rate of approximately 0.1–0.2 kg/m², and it can be overcoated after approximately 5–6 hours under standard environmental conditions.
Maperubber EPDM 15 consists of EPDM rubber granules designed for use as a decorative material within aliphatic polyurethane flooring systems. It is suitable for application with Mapedeck Design and Mapedeck Soft Design to create colorful, customized decorative surfaces. The product is easy to use, available in a wide range of colors, and features a granule size of approximately 0.5–1.5 mm. It should be stored in a dry place, away from moisture, direct UV exposure, organic oils, and solvents.
PU 700 SL is a two-component, self-leveling, flexible colored polyurethane resin designed for indoor and outdoor sports and recreational flooring. It is used to construct multi-layer flooring systems, repair existing sports surfaces, restore surface evenness, and enhance the durability of sports flooring. It can be integrated into the PU Multisport Comfort and PU Multisport Professional systems, or used in combination with Maperubber EPDM 15 colored rubber granules, in accordance with the specified system requirements. The resulting surface is smooth, flexible, and comfortable, making it ideal for areas subject to continuous use.
