Mapecoat TNS Comfort is a multi-layered, water-based acrylic sports flooring system that incorporates a rubber-granule underlayment, Mapecomfort R. It is designed for indoor and outdoor tennis, padel, and pickleball courts. The system provides a highly resilient, comfortable surface that absorbs impact and offers excellent support for players’ directional changes. It can be installed over existing surfaces, bituminous substrates, or cementitious substrates—provided they have been properly prepared—using a 6 mm thick layer of Mapecomfort R to meet the performance requirements of the EN 14877 standard (class SA 11–19). The system comprises the following components: Ultrabond Turf 2 Stars Pro (or Ultrabond Turf 2 Stars), Mapecomfort R, Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW, Mapecoat TNS White Base Coat HV, Mapecoat TNS Base Color, Mapecoat TNS Finish 1.3.4, and Mapecoat TNS Line Tex.

Mapecoat TNS Cushion Elite is a multi-layered, highly resilient acrylic sports flooring system incorporating SBR rubber granules. It is designed for tennis, padel, and pickleball courts, as well as multi-purpose sports surfaces, for both indoor and outdoor use. The system is ITF Class 3 certified and complies with EN 14808 and EN 14809 standards. It enhances playing comfort, provides shock absorption, and offers an optimal balance between grip and sliding properties. The system comprises Mapecoat TNS White Base Coat HV (or Base Coat Binder), Mapecoat TNS Base Coat Ultra Plus, Mapecoat TNS Base Coat Ultra, Mapecoat TNS Grey Base Coat, Mapecoat TNS Base Color, Mapecoat TNS Finish 1.3.4, and Mapecoat TNS Line Tex. Under standard environmental conditions, the surface is ready for foot traffic after approximately 12 hours.
