Self-leveling, cold-applied liquid waterproofing membrane system
Sikalastic® HLM 5000 R SL is a single-component, moisture-curing, pure polyurethane waterproofing membrane. It cures through a reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough, resilient membrane. Sikalastic® HLM 5000 R SL protects structures from water ingress while remaining flexible enough to accommodate minor expansion and contraction of the substrate.
Sikalastic® M 689 is a highly elastic, ultra-fast-curing 100% polyurea membrane designed for waterproofing applications.
Sikalastic® M 689 is a two-component, solvent-free, pure polyurea waterproofing and protective membrane applied via hot-spray. It is highly flexible and cures extremely rapidly. This fast-curing property allows for immediate return to service, while the spray-application method ensures rapid coverage of the substrate.
High-performance liquid polyurethane waterproofing
Sikalastic®-625 N is a one-component, cold-applied, liquid-applied polyurethane membrane. It provides a flexible, seamless waterproofing solution, utilizing Sika’s unique i-Cure technology.
Single-component, flexible, polyurethane-based roof waterproofing material
Sikalastic®-680 AP is a single-component, liquid-applied, polyurethane-based waterproofing material designed for concrete structures that require protection. Sikalastic®-680 AP is flexible, and once cured, it forms a seamless, continuous film.
Hot-sprayed hybrid polyurea membrane for roof waterproofing
Sikalastic®-853 R AP is a two-component, hot-sprayed, crack-bridging hybrid polyurea roof waterproofing membrane. An aliphatic topcoat is required when applied to fully exposed roofs.
A fast-curing, liquid-applied pure polyurea membrane with high resistance to acids, alkalis, and various chemicals.
Sikalastic®-870 BT is a two-component, flexible, liquid-applied polyurea used as a waterproofing membrane. It offers high resistance to acidic and alkaline chemicals and features an extremely rapid curing time.
Waterproofing membrane for basements and tunnels
Sikaplan® WP 1120-15HL is a homogeneous waterproofing membrane featuring a yellow signal layer, manufactured from polyvinyl chloride (PVC-P).
SikaProof 612 C is a pre-applied, fully bonded waterproofing membrane designed for underground structures, including foundations, floor slabs, and basement walls. It consists of an HDPE membrane featuring a specialized functional layer that enables both chemical and mechanical bonding to concrete. This prevents water migration between the membrane and the concrete structure. The system offers excellent resistance to chemicals and impact, and it is installed prior to the placement of reinforcement steel and the pouring of concrete—making it an ideal solution for underground waterproofing projects that require long-term durability.
SikaProof®-808 is a TPO-based waterproofing membrane designed for below-ground reinforced concrete structures. It is installed on a prepared substrate beneath the base slab, prior to the placement of reinforcement and the pouring of concrete. The membrane features a special hybrid bonding layer that creates a permanent bond with the fresh concrete, preventing water from penetrating between the membrane and the concrete structure. Overlapping seams are sealed using adhesive tape or by thermal welding. The total thickness of the membrane is 1.00 mm.
This is a lightweight planting tray designed for Blue-Green Roof systems. It serves multiple functions: retaining water, slowing down runoff, and facilitating drainage within the green roof system. Manufactured from recycled polypropylene (PP), the tray is divided into three primary sections: a planting layer, a water-storage zone for plants, and a layer designed to slow down rainwater runoff.
This is a prefabricated, polymer-modified bitumen waterproofing membrane with a thickness of 5.0 mm. It is reinforced with a non-woven polyester fabric core. The top surface is covered with mineral granules to provide protection against UV radiation, while the underside features a heat-fusible film, allowing for installation via torch-on application.
This is a three-component coating material consisting of Portland cement, epoxy resin, selected aggregates, additives, and a corrosion inhibitor. It serves both as a bonding agent between existing concrete and new repair materials, and as a protective coating against the corrosion of steel reinforcement. The product complies with the specified requirements.
