Sikafloor®-324 TH Product Description

Sikafloor®-324 TH is a two-component, pigmented polyurethane floor coating with tough and elastic properties. It offers crack-bridging capabilities, providing a durable surface with high resistance to heavy-duty use and chemicals. The coating creates a seamless floor with a glossy finish.

Sikafloor®-324 TH Applications

Used as a wearing course with the following finishes:

• Self-smoothing or self-leveling finish

• Slip-resistant finish

Suitable for concrete floors and cementitious screeds. The product should only be applied by trained and experienced professionals.

Components and Packaging

Solvent-free polyurethane system.

• Part A: 7.30 kg

• Part B: 2.70 kg

• Total A+B: 10 kg/ready-to-mix set

Part A is a colored liquid, while Part B is a brown liquid. Once cured, the coating provides a Gloss Finish. sikafloor-324-th

Shelf Life

The product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture, provided it is stored in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.

Mixing Method

1. Mix Part A until the color is uniform.

2. Add Part B to Part A.

3. Mix Components A+B for approximately 2 minutes.

4. If Quartz Sand is required, add it and continue mixing for another 2 minutes.

5. Transfer the mixture into another container and mix again to ensure a homogeneous consistency.

6. Scrape the sides and bottom of the container at least once.

7. Allow the mixture to stand for approximately 3 minutes before application.

The addition of Quartz Sand is optional, depending on the selected flooring system.
