Product Key Features (SMART ADVANTAGES)
Forms a fully bonded waterproofing seal with freshly poured concrete, helping prevent lateral water migration
Side lap overlaps and various detail joints can be securely bonded and sealed to effectively prevent water leakage
Easy installation without requiring a primer
Unaffected by hydrostatic pressure
Unaffected by contamination
Minor damage occurring during construction can be repaired
Combines integrated bonding, waterproofing, and surface protection in a single system, helping reduce construction procedures
A single-layer installation can meet the requirements for a Grade 1 waterproofing safety system
Product Description (DESCRIPTION)
BLOCK X750 HDPE is a high-performance Multilayer Compound Waterproof Membrane consisting of one layer of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Film, one layer of Pressure Sensitive Polymer Adhesive, and one Insulation Layer.
The product is commonly used for waterproofing horizontal concrete surfaces, as well as vertical surfaces of temporary and adjacent structures, to create a continuous and permanently bonded waterproofing system.
Functional Characteristics (FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS)
BLOCK X750 HDPE is designed to prevent water leakage in below-ground structures, including accessible and inaccessible raft foundations, confined retaining walls in areas with high groundwater levels, and structures constructed using the Cut & Cover method, such as tunnels, underground railways, and other related structures.
Coverage (COVERAGE)
2 meters wide × 20 meters long (covering an area of 40 m²), with a pre-applied 75 mm Side Lap Adhesive strip.

Application (APPLICATION)
Substrate Preparation (SUBSTRATE PREPARATION)
The supporting substrate must be strong and stable to prevent movement during concrete pouring. The surface must be uniform, smooth, and free from protrusions or voids.
Horizontal Surface – The sub-base must be free from loose aggregates, voids, surface irregularities, and sharp protrusions. The surface must be dry and free from standing water.
