Nitofill WS60 Product Description
Nitofill WS60 reacts with flowing water to form a foam barrier. When used in conjunction with Nitofill UR63, it creates a permanent seal within cracks in concrete.
Applications (Uses)
Nitofill WS60 is used for injection into cracks in concrete to temporarily stop active water leakage.
When used in conjunction with Nitofill UR63, it provides an effective crack-sealing system for wet and damp conditions.
Product Advantages (Advantages)
Reacts with water to form a water-resistant foam that helps stop water leakage
Reacts rapidly, forming a foam barrier capable of stopping the flow of pressurized water
Allows subsequent injection with Nitofill UR63 to create a permanent seal within cracks
Product Description (Description)
Nitofill WS60 is a two-part liquid polyurethane material. The two components are mixed in the proportions specified by the manufacturer and then injected into cracks in concrete.
The product reacts with flowing water inside the cracks and expands to form a foam barrier that helps stop water leakage.
When used in conjunction with Nitofill UR63, it helps create a permanent seal within cracks in concrete.
Product Specification (Specification Clause)
Water-Stopping Crack Injection Resin
The foaming resin used for crack injection to stop water leakage shall be Nitofill WS60, a two-part foaming liquid polyurethane product.
When the two components are mixed in the proportions specified by the manufacturer and injected into cracks in concrete, the resin shall react with flowing water and form a foam barrier to stop water leakage.
The water-stopping injection resin shall have the following properties:
Pot Life: In the absence of water, 6–8 hours at 20°C and 3–4 hours at 35°C
Reaction Time with Water: 5–30 seconds, depending on temperature
Viscosity: 2–3 Poise at 20°C
Specific Gravity: 1.14 ± 0.06
Foam Density: 0.025
When used in conjunction with Nitofill UR63, a flexible two-part polyurethane injection resin, the system shall be capable of forming a permanent seal within cracks in concrete.
