Brushbond FLXIII Product Description
Brushbond FLXIII is suitable for use on buried structures such as bridge foundations, drainage pipes, and retaining walls. It can also be used on reinforced concrete roofs in conjunction with protective coatings.
Uses
Once fully cured, Brushbond FLXIII forms a flexible, continuous, and seamless waterproofing membrane. It is suitable for use on roofs, wet areas, and precast concrete joints (Pre-cast Joints) where a tough, durable, flexible waterproofing membrane is required to effectively prevent water leakage.

Description
Brushbond FLXIII is a two-component Polymer Modified Waterproof Membrane supplied in ready-mix kits.
When the two components are mixed together, they form an easy-to-apply waterproofing coating that can be applied using a stiff-bristled brush, roller, or trowel to achieve the required coating thickness.
Brushbond FLXIII consists of specially selected cement, graded abrasion-resistant aggregates, and additives in powder form, combined with a liquid component primarily consisting of polymers.
The polymer component provides the product with excellent adhesion, elastic recovery, flexibility, toughness, and high durability.
