Mapei Mapecoat TNS Base Coat White
0 out of 5

Mapecoat TNS White Base Coat is a water-based acrylic resin base coat and filler, formulated with specially graded quartz sand. It is designed for surface preparation within the Mapecoat TNS multi-layer sports flooring system. It is suitable for new sports surfaces—whether on bituminous or cementitious substrates—as well as for existing acrylic or polyurethane sports surfaces. It helps to level the surface, fills shallow depressions up to 3 mm deep, and reduces the amount of material required for subsequent layers. It should be applied using a rubber or metal squeegee in 1–2 coats, with a consumption rate of approximately 0.4–1.2 kg/m² per coat, depending on the porosity of the substrate. It dries within approximately 12–24 hours under standard environmental conditions.

Mapei Mapecoat TNS Color
0 out of 5

Mapecoat TNS Color is a fine-textured, colored acrylic coating designed for the Mapecoat TNS sports flooring system. It serves both as a pore-filling layer (when used over Mapecoat TNS RP) and as a colored topcoat for sports surfaces—such as basketball courts, volleyball courts, futsal courts, skating rinks, velodromes, and multi-purpose sports areas—suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It can be applied using a rubber squeegee, roller, or spray equipment. The product should be mixed with approximately 1–2 liters of water per 20 kg pail. It dries within 12–24 hours, with a consumption rate of approximately 0.2–1.0 kg/m² per coat, depending on the condition of the substrate.

0 out of 5

Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW is a two-component, solvent-free, water-based epoxy primer designed for surface preparation prior to the application of acrylic or polyurethane coating systems. It is suitable for use with Mapecoat TNS sports flooring systems, weathered asphalt surfaces, cementitious substrates with a residual moisture content of up to 3%, porous cement surfaces, existing resin-based flooring, PVC, linoleum, and Mapecomfort R rubber underlayment. It enhances the adhesion of sports flooring systems, ensuring a uniform bond. The product can be applied using a roller, sprayer, or rubber squeegee at a consumption rate of approximately 0.1–0.2 kg/m², and it can be overcoated after approximately 5–6 hours under standard environmental conditions.

Mapecoat TNS Protection is a two-component, water-based, aliphatic polyurethane coating designed to coat, protect, and renovate sports surfaces, recreational areas, and urban flooring. It is suitable for indoor sports surfaces—such as PVC, rubber, linoleum, and polyurethane—as well as for court line marking and concrete surfaces subject to high pedestrian traffic. The product provides a uniform finish, offers excellent abrasion resistance, is water-based with low odor, is UV-resistant, and meets the R11 slip-resistance rating. It should be applied in at least two coats, with a consumption rate of approximately 0.08–0.10 kg/m² per coat. Under standard environmental conditions, the surface is ready for use within approximately 24 hours.
