Product Description (DESCRIPTION)
Block A750 Boscoseal AC2 is a one-component, water-based acrylic polymer waterproofing membrane reinforced with fibers within the material. It has been specially developed for exterior waterproofing applications in both commercial and residential buildings.
The product offers excellent roller application properties and can be easily applied using either a brush or roller. The fiber-reinforced formulation of Block A750 Boscoseal AC2 works together with the binding agents within the membrane structure to enhance strength and achieve a high dry film thickness without requiring additional reinforcement mesh.
Functional Characteristics (FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS)
– Block A750 Boscoseal AC2 is suitable for waterproofing exposed reinforced concrete (RC) rooftop slabs, car park roofs, balconies, and exterior walls that are directly exposed to weather conditions and UV radiation.
– Suitable for waterproofing various substrates, including concrete, cement render, masonry walls, particle boards, plywood, gypsum panels, plasterboards (Gyprock), composite panels, and fiber cement boards.

Application (APPLICATION)
Substrate Preparation (SUBSTRATE PREPARATION)
– Before applying Block A750 Boscoseal AC2, all surfaces must be clean, dry, and structurally sound. The substrate must be free from voids, cavities, concrete curing compounds, sharp objects, laitance, and loose or flaking materials.
– New concrete must be cured for at least 28 days, while cement mortar floors and cement-rendered surfaces must be cured for at least 7 days.
