Epoxy Resin for Repairing and Sealing Cracks in Concrete

Sikadur®-20 Crack Seal is a two-component epoxy resin designed for repairing, sealing, and filling cracks in concrete surfaces. The product has low viscosity, semi-flexible properties, and a solvent-free formulation, making it suitable for cracks or voids in non-structural concrete areas.

Thanks to its excellent flow properties, Sikadur®-20 Crack Seal can effectively penetrate small cracks, helping seal gaps, reduce the risk of water leakage, and improve the integrity of concrete surfaces. It is suitable for use before installing waterproofing systems or carrying out repairs in areas affected by cracks and water seepage.

The product can be applied to both dry and damp substrates, provides high bonding strength, and does not shrink after application. It helps ensure reliable concrete surface repairs in wet areas or locations requiring protection against water leakage.

Substrate Preparation

Before application:

• Cut or widen cracks as appropriate

• Clean cracks, gaps, cavities, or grout joints

• Water is not required for cleaning

• Remove dust, loose particles, and grease

Mixing Method

1. Slowly shake Part A and Part B separately.

2. Mix 1 part of Component A with 1 part of Component B.

3. Pour the components into a clean mixing bottle.

4. Shake the bottle approximately 15–20 times.

Application Method

Pour or dispense Sikadur®-20 Crack Seal into:

• V-shaped grooves cut along cracks

• Gaps

• Cavities

• Tile joints

Fill the grooves completely.
