Sarnafil TS 77
FPO Roofing Waterproofing Membrane for Mechanically Fastened Systems
Sarnafil® TS 77 is a high-quality synthetic roofing waterproofing membrane suitable for single-ply roofing systems. It is designed for loose-laid installation with mechanical fastening, making it suitable for roofs without ballast and with slopes not exceeding 20 degrees.
This membrane can also be used in ballasted roofing systems, such as gravel-covered roofs and green roofs. It is therefore suitable for a wide range of roofing applications, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and projects requiring durable, long-lasting, and environmentally friendly waterproofing systems.
Sarnafil® TS 77 offers excellent resistance to weathering, aging, mechanical stress, and chemicals. It also provides good dimensional stability, maintains flexibility even at low temperatures, and allows effective joining of roofing membrane systems. It is suitable for applications requiring long-term waterproofing safety and reliability.
Applications of Sarnafil TS 77
Sarnafil® TS 77 is suitable for use as a roofing waterproofing membrane in various systems, including:

Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be:
Smooth
Even
Free from sharp edges
Dry
Free from dust, grease, and contaminants
Supporting materials must be compatible with the membrane. sarnafil-ts-77-20ap
Installation Method
Install the membrane using the loose-laid method, without stretching or tensioning the membrane. Mechanical fastening should then be carried out along the overlap seams or separately from the overlap areas. Finally, weld the overlapping seams using hot-air welding.
