Renderoc FC Product Description
Renderoc FC is a cementitious surface coating designed for thin-layer applications up to 3 mm thick, providing a smooth finish on concrete or masonry surfaces in preparation for protective or decorative coatings. Renderoc FC is free from respirable crystalline silica (RCS) at hazardous levels under Australian industrial chemical standards, containing less than 0.1% RCS.

Renderoc FC is designed for application to concrete or masonry surfaces to prepare them for protective or decorative coatings.
The product can be used to fill surface imperfections up to 3 mm deep using a scrape coat application method.
For cavities or voids deeper than 3 mm, separate filling and repair work should be carried out beforehand, with the thickness of each applied layer limited to a maximum of 3 mm.
Renderoc FC can be used in conjunction with other concrete repair mortars in the Renderoc product range.
Under normal application conditions, the product does not require a separate primer or film-forming curing membrane.

Renderoc FC is a cementitious mortar designed for concrete surface repair and finishing. It is supplied as a factory-preblended dry powder that requires only the addition of clean water on-site to produce a highly consistent cementitious mortar.
The product consists of a blend of cement, graded aggregates, special fillers, and chemical additives.
This formulation provides good mixing and handling characteristics while reducing the amount of water required for mixing.
Renderoc FC offers excellent thermal compatibility with concrete and is fully compatible with concrete repair mortars in the Renderoc range, as well as protective surface coatings in the Dekguard range.
