When used in exposed applications, the Fosroc Nitoproof 800 System consists of Fosroc Nitoprime UR FS, Fosroc Nitoproof 800 Membrane, and Fosroc Nitoproof UVR Topcoat, providing a protective, durable, flexible, impermeable, and attractive surface that is easy to clean and maintain.

Fosroc Nitoproof 800 is a waterproofing system for both new and existing structures. It is particularly suitable for waterproofing exposed concrete structures directly subjected to weather conditions, such as balconies, walkways, flat roofs, podium decks, green roofs, and wind turbine plinth bases.

Fosroc Nitoproof 800 is a polyurethane-based waterproofing and crack-bridging protection system designed for exposed structural surfaces, including balconies, walkways, and flat roofs in both new and existing structures.
The product forms a durable, flexible, impermeable protective coating with an attractive appearance that is easy to clean and maintain.
The Fosroc Nitoproof 800 System has an approximate total thickness of 1.4 mm and consists of the following coating layers:
Primer: 1 coat of Nitoprime UR FS
Waterproofing Membrane: 1 coat of Fosroc Nitoproof 800 Membrane
Topcoat: 1 coat of Fosroc Nitoproof UVR Topcoat
The use of a primer is recommended before installing the waterproofing system. However, in certain cases, primer application may be omitted. Consult the Fosroc Technical Department for further recommendations.
For areas requiring an anti-skid finish, the use of Nitoflor FC Anti-Slip Grains is recommended.

The specified structural deck waterproofing system shall be Fosroc Nitoproof 800, a two-layer flexible polyurethane waterproofing system with an approximate total thickness of 1.4 mm.

The Fosroc Nitoproof 800 System is certified in accordance with BS 476-3:2004 Class EXT.F.AA, a standard for fire testing of building materials and structures, as detailed below:
