A highly flexible and extremely fast-curing membrane suitable for waterproofing applications.
Sikalastic® M 689 is a two-component, solvent-free waterproofing and protective membrane made from pure polyurea. It is designed for hot spray application, offering high flexibility and extremely fast curing. Its rapid curing properties allow a quick return to service, while spray application enables fast coverage of large surface areas.
Applications:
Sikalastic® M 689 should only be applied by trained and experienced professionals. It is suitable for a wide range of waterproofing applications, particularly where high chemical and mechanical resistance is required, including:
Wastewater treatment plants (both municipal and industrial), including upstream and downstream areas
Wastewater pipelines
Steel and concrete pipes
Secondary containment bunds in the chemical and petrochemical industries
In Addition, Sikalastic® M 689 Can Be Used For:
Flat roofs and architecturally shaped roofs
Horizontal and vertical surfaces
Interior and exterior areas
Substrates including concrete, cementitious materials, and steel
