Nitocote EN901 Product Description
Nitocote EN901 is a highly crosslinked, solvent-free epoxy novolac coating. Nitocote EN901 is a two-component, grey-colored material that can be applied by brush or roller. It is formulated for application in two coats to achieve a minimum total dry film thickness of 400 microns. Higher film thicknesses may also be specified.
Applications (Uses)
Nitocote EN901 is an epoxy novolac lining designed to protect concrete and steel structures in aggressive chemical environments. The product is particularly suitable for wastewater treatment plants, desalination plants, food processing facilities, pulp and paper mills, power plants, chemical manufacturing plants, fertilizer and pesticide production facilities, and petroleum refineries.
Nitocote EN901 can be used with or without Fosroc Anti-slip Grains as a heavy-duty floor coating. It is suitable for areas such as chemical processing zones, chemical drum storage areas, loading bays, and ramps.
In addition, the product can be used in combination with glass fibre cloth to increase the thickness of the coating system or provide additional reinforcement for structures exposed to aggressive chemicals.

The product is grey in color and is formulated for application in either 1 or 2 coats to achieve a minimum total dry film thickness of 500 microns. Higher coating thicknesses may be specified according to project requirements.
