Nitomortar FC Product Description
Nitomortar FC is an epoxy resin compound for concrete surfaces. It is a two-component, high-viscosity material based on a high-quality, solvent-free epoxy resin system. The color-coded components are supplied in factory pre-weighed quantities, ready for on-site mixing and application.
Nitomortar FC can be applied to damp substrates and cures rapidly to form a completely impermeable surface that is ready for subsequent coating applications.
Nitomortar FC can be applied at thicknesses of up to 5 mm on vertical and overhead surfaces in a single application without requiring formwork. Greater thicknesses can be achieved by applying additional layers.
For applications requiring higher build thicknesses on vertical or overhead surfaces, Nitomortar HB is recommended.

Nitomortar FC is designed for repairing minor defects in concrete surfaces. It is suitable for application at thicknesses ranging from feather-edge to 3 mm and can be used for the following applications:
Filling small pinholes before applying Nitocote or Nitoflor coatings
Reprofiling large concrete surface areas at thicknesses of up to 3 mm
Sealing surface cracks in preparation for subsequent crack injection repairs
Used as a bonding material for installing slip-resistant bricks (Slip Bricks), ceramic tiles, and other materials

It can be applied directly to concrete substrates without requiring a primer. Once fully cured, the material provides a surface ready for subsequent coating applications.
The base component is light grey, while the hardener is black, allowing easy visual confirmation that both components have been mixed thoroughly and uniformly.

Nitomortar FC is designed for filling small pinholes and correcting surface irregularities in concrete before applying subsequent coating systems.
The product can be applied at thicknesses ranging from feather-edge to a maximum of 3 mm.
For reprofiling or hole-filling applications requiring thicknesses greater than 3 mm, Nitomortar FC(B) is recommended.
