Silcor Top Coat 80 Product Description

Silcor Top Coat 80 is a durable, fast-curing, non-slip aliphatic polyurethane coating designed to protect SILCOR® 580, SILCOR 780 HI-LP, SILCOR 790 HI/CHEMSPRAY 790, and SILCOR 990 MP (A)/CHEMSPRAY 690 membrane systems in all exposed applications. SILCOR Top Coat 80 is UV resistant, providing durable roof and roof deck surfaces suitable for pedestrian traffic.

Applications

SILCOR Top Coat 80 is designed for exposed areas requiring color stability and non-slip surfaces, such as plant room roofs, lift motor room roofs, balconies, roof decks, surrounding roof areas, openings, window sills, and window edges. It can be used to protect all types of SILCOR waterproofing membranes in exposed applications where color stability and slip resistance are required.
