Silcor 780 HI-LP Product Description
Silcor 780 HI-LP is a two-component, medium-curing, spray-applied hybrid polyurea elastomer coating designed for concrete and metal surfaces in large-scale construction, infrastructure, and commercial projects. Using advanced polyurea coating technology, it provides effective protection against water penetration, chemicals, and external abrasion.

SILCOR® 780 HI-LP is a low-toxicity elastomeric system that does not contain TDI, MOCA, bitumen, or tar compounds.
Due to its polyurea formulation, it offers excellent moisture tolerance during application while forming a strong, bubble-free, and impermeable coating.
Silcor 780 HI-LP features a simple 100:100 volumetric mixing ratio, providing improved flow-out and rapid curing. This results in a smooth, uniform coating surface that can withstand pedestrian traffic within minutes.
The cured elastomer exhibits excellent adhesion to substrates and outstanding resistance to tearing, punctures, chemicals, water, and abrasion. Unlike rigid coating materials such as epoxy and vinyl ester, Silcor 780 HI-LP resists reflective cracking caused by cracks developing in the underlying concrete after application.
