Nitofill UR63, when mixed in the specified proportions, reacts to form a tough, slightly flexible resin. Nitofill UR63 provides good adhesion to concrete and masonry, and when injected into cracks, it allows some movement without loss of adhesion.

Water-Stopping Crack Injection Resin
The flexible, low-viscosity polyurethane resin system for crack injection shall be Nitofill UR63, a two-component, solvent-free polyurethane product.
When the two components are mixed in the proportions specified by the manufacturer and injected into cracks in concrete, the resin shall form a slightly flexible, impermeable barrier. It shall provide adhesion to both dry and damp concrete substrates.
When used in conjunction with Nitofill WS60, a two-component flexible polyurethane injection resin, the system shall be capable of forming a permanent seal within cracks in concrete.
