PU Gym Refresh

PU Gym Refresh is an innovative, pigmented polyurethane coating designed to protect and renovate existing sports flooring, restoring its appearance with creative color options while providing an appropriate level of slip resistance for schools and other facilities.

Areas of Use (WHERE TO USE)

– Used to protect and enhance the color of resilient indoor sports flooring, such as PVC, rubber, and linoleum surfaces.

– Used for renovating and restoring indoor sports flooring in school gymnasiums, private gyms, fitness centers, and other facilities.

– Used to restore the surface appearance of polyurethane flooring systems for indoor sports courts.

– Used for game marking on both polyurethane and resilient sports flooring, including new and existing sports surfaces.

– Used to protect and enhance the color of concrete surfaces in areas subjected to heavy pedestrian traffic, such as grandstands in indoor sports facilities and surfaces adjacent to sports courts.

– Used to protect and enhance the color of concrete surfaces on outdoor cycling tracks.

Technical Characteristics (TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS)

PU Gym Refresh is a two-component, water-based aliphatic polyurethane topcoat.

Thanks to its excellent hiding power (High Hide Capacity) and uniform color finish, PU Gym Refresh can be used to renovate and restore existing sports surfaces, including indoor sports courts and outdoor sports facilities in urban areas.

PU Gym Refresh provides high resistance to abrasion and surface wear. It also helps improve the mechanical properties of flooring systems, maintaining the integrity of joints in prefabricated sports flooring that requires frequent cleaning while enhancing long-term surface durability.

Thanks to its specially formulated water-based composition, PU Gym Refresh is odorless, making it suitable for use in enclosed spaces and indoor environments. It also allows applicators to handle and apply the product more conveniently.

Its specially developed chemical composition provides PU Gym Refresh with high UV resistance, making it particularly suitable for outdoor applications.

PU Gym Refresh is available in a wide range of colors. Different colors can be mixed and customized using the ColorMap automatic colouring system to achieve specific shades according to project requirements.
