Two-Component Water-Based Polyurethane Coating for Protecting Sports Flooring and Urban Surfaces

Mapecoat TNS Protection is a two-component, water-based aliphatic polyurethane coating designed to protect and enhance the color of sports flooring, recreational surfaces, and urban areas. The product provides uniform color, excellent coverage, and is suitable for renovating existing sports floors to restore their attractive appearance and functionality.

The product is suitable for indoor sports flooring, such as PVC, rubber, linoleum, and polyurethane surfaces, as well as the renovation of gymnasium floors, school sports facilities, fitness centers, and multipurpose sports areas. It can also be applied to concrete surfaces subjected to heavy pedestrian traffic, such as grandstands in indoor sports facilities, areas surrounding sports courts, and outdoor concrete cycle paths, according to the specified system.

Thanks to its low-odor, water-based formulation, Mapecoat TNS Protection is suitable for indoor applications and enclosed spaces, making application more convenient. It also offers UV resistance, allowing it to be used for suitable outdoor applications. The product is available in a wide range of colors, with custom shades available through the ColorMap tinting system.

Applications of Mapecoat TNS Protection

Mapecoat TNS Protection is suitable for sports flooring and general flooring applications, such as:

• Protecting and enhancing the color of indoor sports flooring, including PVC, rubber, and linoleum surfaces

• Renovating sports flooring in schools, gymnasiums, fitness centers, and multipurpose sports areas

• Restoring the surface finish of polyurethane flooring used for indoor sports

• Marking court lines on polyurethane or flexible sports flooring, including both new and existing surfaces

• Protecting and coloring concrete surfaces subjected to heavy pedestrian traffic, such as grandstands in indoor sports facilities or areas adjacent to sports courts

• Protecting and coloring concrete surfaces used for outdoor cycle paths
