Mapecoat TNS Color is a fine-textured, colored acrylic coating designed for the Mapecoat TNS sports flooring system. It serves both as a pore-filling layer (when used over Mapecoat TNS RP) and as a colored topcoat for sports surfaces—such as basketball courts, volleyball courts, futsal courts, skating rinks, velodromes, and multi-purpose sports areas—suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It can be applied using a rubber squeegee, roller, or spray equipment. The product should be mixed with approximately 1–2 liters of water per 20 kg pail. It dries within 12–24 hours, with a consumption rate of approximately 0.2–1.0 kg/m² per coat, depending on the condition of the substrate.

Mapecoat TNS Comfort is a multi-layered, water-based acrylic sports flooring system that incorporates a rubber-granule underlayment, Mapecomfort R. It is designed for indoor and outdoor tennis, padel, and pickleball courts. The system provides a highly resilient, comfortable surface that absorbs impact and offers excellent support for players’ directional changes. It can be installed over existing surfaces, bituminous substrates, or cementitious substrates—provided they have been properly prepared—using a 6 mm thick layer of Mapecomfort R to meet the performance requirements of the EN 14877 standard (class SA 11–19). The system comprises the following components: Ultrabond Turf 2 Stars Pro (or Ultrabond Turf 2 Stars), Mapecomfort R, Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW, Mapecoat TNS White Base Coat HV, Mapecoat TNS Base Color, Mapecoat TNS Finish 1.3.4, and Mapecoat TNS Line Tex.

Mapecoat TNS Cushion Elite is a multi-layered, highly resilient acrylic sports flooring system incorporating SBR rubber granules. It is designed for tennis, padel, and pickleball courts, as well as multi-purpose sports surfaces, for both indoor and outdoor use. The system is ITF Class 3 certified and complies with EN 14808 and EN 14809 standards. It enhances playing comfort, provides shock absorption, and offers an optimal balance between grip and sliding properties. The system comprises Mapecoat TNS White Base Coat HV (or Base Coat Binder), Mapecoat TNS Base Coat Ultra Plus, Mapecoat TNS Base Coat Ultra, Mapecoat TNS Grey Base Coat, Mapecoat TNS Base Color, Mapecoat TNS Finish 1.3.4, and Mapecoat TNS Line Tex. Under standard environmental conditions, the surface is ready for foot traffic after approximately 12 hours.

Mapecoat TNS Line is a water-based acrylic resin paint designed for marking lines on sports courts and athletic areas, both indoors and outdoors. It is suitable for use on Mapecoat TNS sports flooring systems, as well as on bituminous or concrete surfaces (provided the latter have been prepared with Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW). The product offers excellent coverage and crisp, sharp lines, with high resistance to abrasion, weathering, UV exposure, and regular wear and tear. It can be applied using a brush, roller, or spray equipment, with a consumption rate of approximately 0.2–0.4 kg/m² for a two-coat application.

Mapecoat TNS Multisport Comfort is a multi-layered, versatile sports flooring system composed of water-based acrylic resins combined with Mapecomfort R rubber granules. It is ideal for multi-sport courts, padel courts, pickleball courts, and versatile areas that may be subject to vehicular access. The system comprises Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW or Triblock P, Mapecoat TNS Extreme, and Mapecoat TNS Extreme SF, with line marking applied using Mapecoat TNS Line Seal or Mapecoat TNS Line. The resulting surface is resistant to wear, UV radiation, and weathering, and is ready for foot traffic approximately 2 hours after application under standard environmental conditions.

Mapecoat TNS Multisport Professional is a multi-layered, water-based acrylic sports flooring system designed for professional multi-purpose sports surfaces, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It provides a surface that is resistant to wear, UV radiation, and weathering, while effectively supporting ball bounce and players’ changes in direction. The system comprises Mapecoat TNS White Base Coat (or White Base Coat HV), Mapecoat TNS Base Color, Mapecoat TNS Color, and Mapecoat TNS Line (or Line Tex). It is suitable for application over existing surfaces, bituminous substrates, or cementitious surfaces that have been properly prepared according to the system specifications. Under standard environmental conditions, the surface can be opened to foot traffic after approximately 12 hours.
