Water-Based Acrylic Paint for Indoor and Outdoor Sports Court Line Marking
Mapecoat TNS Line is a water-based acrylic paint formulated with specially selected fillers, specifically developed for sports court line marking applications. It is suitable for marking court boundaries, competition lines, and playing areas on Mapecoat TNS sports flooring systems, as well as certain uncoated surfaces, such as bituminous substrates and concrete surfaces that have been properly prepared and primed according to the specified system.
The product is suitable for both interior and exterior applications. It provides excellent coverage and resistance to wear, abrasion, weather conditions, sunlight, and environmental pollution, making it ideal for sports courts requiring sharp, attractive, and durable line markings that can withstand regular use.

Marking sports court boundaries on Mapecoat TNS flooring systems

Line marking on concrete surfaces, which must first be primed with Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW
Painting small areas of walkways or pedestrian traffic zones on bituminous or concrete substrates according to the appropriate system

Application Recommendations
Mapecoat TNS Line can be used undiluted or diluted with approximately 5–15% water, maximum, depending on weather conditions and on-site application requirements. The product should be thoroughly stirred before application.
The product can be applied using a brush, roller, or spray equipment. However, the product documentation recommends brush application to achieve uniform lines and good coverage. Generally, 1–2 coats are required, depending on the desired color intensity and coverage. Allow approximately 12–24 hours between coats under normal temperature and humidity conditions.
For concrete substrates, Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW must be applied after dilution with water at a ratio of 1:0.5 before application. For new bituminous substrates, Mapecoat TNS Line can be applied directly without requiring a primer.

Do not use in areas subjected to heavy traffic
Do not apply to wet or damp surfaces
Do not apply when rain is imminent or during strong winds
Do not apply when the temperature is below +10°C or above +35°C
Do not apply when relative humidity exceeds 85%
Newly coated surfaces must be protected from rain or water until completely dry, as premature exposure may affect adhesion and the quality of the finished surface
